Innes graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and a Naturopathic diploma.

Innes’s journey into health and osteopathy started through his own experiences with osteopaths as he followed his international archery goals. During his years of competition, Innes regularly consulted both physiotherapists and osteopaths to recover from injury and improve his performance. This gave him a first-hand understanding of the substantial well-being and physical impacts that osteopathy can provide within sports and during our everyday lives.

He is on a continuous quest to further his understanding in many different fields, including pain reprocessing therapy, bike fitting, sports injury rehabilitation and maximising recovery (sometimes termed biohacking).

Innes also undertakes charitable endeavours regularly, helping to tutor high school students who are unable to afford help and raising money for archery clubs and organisations researching arthritis.
Innes' next big project is to raise money for further research into arthritis by cycling for 24 hours in Richmond Park.

Innes's proudest accomplishments to date include helping numerous people regain their independence, return to sport and kickstart their wellness journeys through his treatments and advice. He is also proud of his previous archery accomplishments, including top 10 results in Europe and multiple Swiss National records.

Innes’s osteopathic mantra is “There are no wrong movements, only those we are not yet ready for”
